I am a physical therapist assisting women struggling to overcome emotional challenges around the time of the birth of their child and regain their zest for life.
I reduce the fear parents experience when their child has a TBI (traumatic brain injury) by providing research based leading edge techniques, strategies and protocols.
As an integrative physical therapist, I help clients with anxiety and depression to step out of the haze and find a better way to enjoy life.
I assist those people with autoimmune disease who feel unheard and unsupported to feel healthy and well again so they can get on with the joy of living.
Jackie has enjoyed a long and celebrated career:
Graduating president of her Physical Therapy program at Marquette University
She has worked in outpatient, neuro, pediatrics, home health and lead the Woman's Health Division at the National Rehabilitation Hospital where she served as lead therapist for the Continence Center of the Washington Hospital Center.
She has also served as an instructor of the Doctorate Program in Physical Therapy at George Washington University.
It was at about that time that Jackie took her first CranioSacral Class through the Upledger Institute, https://www.upledger.com/, and she has been hooked ever since. Now a teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute, Jackie is also an advanced Yoga instructor though Satchidananda Ashram and an advanced practitioner of Pranayama (breathwork).
Hello! I am a student at Grinnell College. I came onboard with PhysioHealthCoach summer of 2018 because I saw how passionate Jackie was about wanting to help people but needed help getting the word out. We teamed up so that I could redesign media and the marketing side of the business while Jackie would be able to focus on client care.
I would love to know what might be helpful to know about PhysioHealthCoach and/or what changes would make your and Jackie's jobs easier, either through the website or other social media platforms. Please reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org for any input!
